Suzette Reynoso is a media expert and storyteller with a passion for community engagement. Her most recent content has been featured in global publications like People Magazine, and national platforms like Good Morning America.

With a background in TV news, Suzette worked as a news anchor, reporter, and producer for CBS and FOX affiliates before transitioning to civil service. As the first Public Information Officer for her hometown of Pittsburg, CA, she built the department from the ground up, launching impactful community initiatives—especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
 

Recognizing the need for authentic public engagement, Suzette founded Gem Media Group, helping agencies connect with their communities through strategic storytelling. She’s passionate about meeting new people, building community, and sharing stories that make an impact.
